TVE has confirmed its involvement in the production of the new animated series, based on the hugely successful videogame franchise Invizimals, created by the Spanish development studio Novarama and launched by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.
The series premiere is planned for the end of this year on TVE, along with two specials to be distributed together with the series by BRB Internacional. The series´premiere will coincide with the launch of two new Invizimals videogames which will be available for the first time on the PlayStation Vita (PSVita) and PlayStation 3 platforms.
Invizmals
The Invizimals TV series (26 x 30′ in DGI Hi-Def) is the first of its kind to incorporate Augmented Reality techniques to amplify its content from the use of a second screen – PSVita, Android and iOS devices –using an interactive app.
The series has an outstanding team of scriptwriters, including Tom Pugsley (Young Justice, Monsters vs. Aliens), Jonathan Call & Collin Kelly (Slugterra, Ben10 Omniverse), Andrew Robinson (Transformers Prime, Spectacular Spiderman), Brian Hartigan (Almost Naked Animals, Wingin’It), Scott Albert (Monster Buster Club, Jimmy Two Shoes) and Aaron Burnett (Metajets, Bakugan).
