Former BBC Worldwide (BBCWW) Creative Director of Drama and Head of Indie Drama, Sarah Doole, has joined FremantleMedia in the UK as the Creative Director of Worldwide Drama. Doole will report to Donna Wiffen, Head of Worldwide Drama.

At BBCWW, Doole was responsible for the acquisition of rights in the drama and comedy genres, and for creating strategic partnerships and alliances with independents and providing development funding and commercial guidance.

Prior to her time at BBCWW, Doole was with 2|Entertain Ltd, the joint venture between the BBC and Woolworths, where she was Senior Commissioning Editor and Head of Independents.
