Top Chef format goes to Vietnam
Singapore – NBCUniversal International today announced that Top Chef, its Emmy-award winning cooking format, has been sold to TK-L Media Corporation to air weekly in primetime on HTV7 in December. This is Top Chef’s first Asian commission and seventh international version overall.
Top Chef is the hit reality competition series featuring fifteen aspiring chefs who put their culinary skills to the test for the chance to earn the prestigious title of Top Chef. The show is in its ninth season in the US and won the Emmy for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program in 2011 beating The Amazing Race. Top Chef has aired in France, Canada, Greece, Finland and the Middle East with additional seasons for France, Canada, Finland and Middle East in production.
