The Asian Food Channel (AFC) will be presenting its catalogue of more than 70 hours of Asian food and lifestyle programming, for the first time at this year’s MIPTV.
Some of the productions include Great Dinners of the World and E&O Search For AFC’s Next Celebrity Chef. Both programmes spotlight the deep culinary talent pool available in Asia.
Great Dinners of the World, AFC’s first production filmed outside of Asia, features four rising chefs from Asia who cook their way through Europe, each bringing their own interpretation of Asian flavours. E&O Search for AFC’s Next Celebrity Chef is the first pan-regional cooking competition filmed in Asia across 5-countries.
Maria Brown, CEO and Co-Founder of the Asian Food Channel, said, “AFC original content has made a huge impact on the local market because of our high production values, and with such a positive response from the local market, it seems only natural to make our productions available to the international market as well.”
