Kuala Lumpur – Measat Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd. (Measat) has announced an agreement with GlobeCast for the distribution of the Cartoon Network HD channel via its Measat-3 satellite.

Jarod Lopez, Senior Director, Sales and Marketing, Measat, said, “The addition of Cartoon Network HD further strengthens the variety of channels on Measat’s video neighbourhood.” The satellite service provider now distributes 25 HD channels on its video platform.

Cartoon Network is one of the leading kids’ channels in Asia Pacific, broadcasting a range of comedy and adventure series including; Ben 10; The Amazing World of Gumball; Adventure Time; and Chowder.
