Production company Red Kite Animations, has expanded its development team with the appointment of former Nickelodeon Development Executive, Leanne Preston, as Development Manager. In her new role, Preston will be responsible for sourcing and developing new content for children’s TV. Having set a development strategy in place, the team is now looking for projects and ideas to add to the slate. Preston will report to Executive Director and Chief Creative Officer, Ken Anderson. During her time at Nickelodeon, Preston worked on the development and production of original content globally for a range of projects, including the BAFTA-nominated show House of Anubis.
