Seoul, Korea – LI TV Holdings Ltd. (Li) announced its third and latest original production, aptly titled EdVentures in Asia, with Korean-based entities CREO Contents, Arirang TV and CJ Media. This is Li’s first foray in producing with Korean-based partners, a collaboration that will result in a brand new 13-episode television series, set to air in the first quarter of 2012. The series features celebrated chef Edward Kwon, who is one of the channel’s culinary ambassadors, embarking on an adventure across Asia recreating new fusion dishes. Janice Cheng, Li’s Head of Content, said the partnership is in line with the company’s mission to promote Asian lifestyle personalities. She added, “We’re also on an aggressive lookout for co-production partners for our slate of upcoming original productions in 2012 onwards.”
