Following a USA syndication launch in 2008, Zodiac Island is broadcast on more than 80 US TV stations, reaching over 80 million US households. To celebrate its USA success, Zodiac Island is now ready for international markets with the appointment of Gary Pudney, managing director of Typhoon Distribution, with their international headquarters based in Hong Kong. Produced by WeR1 World Network based in Hawaii; Zodiac Island is an all new educational & instructional formatted 13 x 22 minute animation/musical/live action kids series themed on the 12 lovable animal characters of the classic Chinese lunar calendar. The show also stars an international group of kids highlighting their gifts and musical talents. Videotaped in HD, on locations including Hawaii, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Beijing, each show features groupings of International Zodiac kids sharing music, activities, nature’s adventures and discovery. In these interactions, the kids face life’s experiences and challenges to empower positive, peaceful character development, and family values such as love, respect, courage, kindness and harmony.
