London – FremantleMedia announced that Project Runway Philippines goes to air for its second season in August this year on the ETC Entertainment Central, a subsidiary of Solar Entertainment Corporation in the Philippines. The new season is once again hosted by American-Filipino model and actress Teresa Herrera alongside last season’s judging panel; Filipino model Apples Aberin-Sahdwani, fashion designer Rajo Laurel and a slew of celebrity guest judges. Jojie Lloren also reprises his role as the Mentor. The producers of the new season promise new innovative challenges and storylines and took a painstaking three months in selecting their final fourteen contestants. The final three will vie for the top prize at the Philippines Fashion Week in October 2009.
