The Film Content Company Europe (FCCE) announced the opening of its Tokyo office. Headed by Katsuhiko Sato, FCCE Japan is a partnership with the Tokyo based company B Creative B Inc. Justus Verkerk, chief commercial officer states that besides FCCE affiliates in Asia Pacific and Japan, he is looking actively for exclusive partnerships in South America, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. “We know that extensive knowledge of the local media landscape is crucial for a successful roll out. We have the cross and multi media concepts and business cases, now we need a local partner that shares the same vision and passion for providing entertainment content to all platforms.” FCCE presents programming with solid ratings and business cases for all media platforms: broadcasters, digital & VOD channels, ISPs, mobile platforms and narrowcasters. Ready Made programs such as Hollywood Buzz, Films and Stars and BXD are on air in multiple countries. Besides this active search for new partners FCCE will launch an extensive on-line property called filmsandstars.tv during this upcoming MIPCOM.
