MIPCOM, Cannes – New free TV, pay TV and basic cable agreements for Disney Channel’s original movie Camp Rock have been announced by Disney-ABC-ESPN Television, and will include Australia. Disney-ABC-ESPN Television has concluded agreements which will see Camp Rock reach 78 territories to date, with launches upcoming on channels such as The Movie Network Australia, Seven Network Australia and TVNZ New Zealand. Camp Rock stars pop sensations Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato, and follows the story of a talented yet unsure teenager, and a hot-headed young popstar who’s lost his passion for music and needs to find it again, and is sent packing to Camp Rock by his band mates. Together, at Camp Rock for aspiring young music artists, they learn to believe in themselves and to value the freedom to be who they really want to be – all to a rocking soundtrack.
