New Jersey – Alfred Haber, Inc.’s (AHI) executive vice president of worldwide sales Robert Kennedy announced that the company has cleared the 51st Grammy Awards in several key territories, including Foxtel (Australia), WOWOW (Japan). This follows the recent announcement that the 51st Annual Grammy Awards will air live on CBS at 8pm from Los Angeles’ Staples Center on February 8, 2009. The show also marks the 20th consecutive year in which AHI has represented the show internationally. The Grammy Awards was the first awards show to air in high-definition TV/5.1 surround sound, and will continue to employ the latest technology to provide a more immersive viewing and listening experience for the show’s global audience. Last year’s 50th anniversary celebration, featuring performances by Tina Turner, Alicia Keys and many others, was seen in over 175 countries around the world.
