Hong Kong – Following Accedo Broadband’s deal with PCCW’s now TV in Hong Kong the company is expanding its portfolio of interactive and on demand applications for IPTV and online consumer electronics. Gamers on the now Game channel can access a wide selection of casual games from Accedo’s Funspot range. The selection is being constantly updated based on interest and demand from now TV users. PCCW’s now TV service is one of the world’s leading IPTV services with more than 882 000 subscribers. “Casual gaming remains a core business area for Accedo, and we are happy to work with PCCW to create the most advanced IPTV gaming service in the world. Accedo’s state-of-the-art gaming solution and huge portfolio of IPTV games will make it possible to keep the game channel fresh and attractive for all casual gamers. In addition to its Funspot casual gaming portfolio, Accedo will also introduce a selection of new IPTV applications to the Asian market, including its Mood Channel, KaraokeParty, Easy Cooking, and KnowHow, amongst others. “We have focused our Asian business so far on setting up our first Funspot casual games channels.
