Cannes – Granada International has renewed its output deal with the Netherlands’ SBS Broadcasting for three years, with the agreement expanded to include daytime programming on top of factual, factual entertainment and Hollywood TV movies. Daytime programming included in the deal will be selected from Granada International’s drama and entertainment series suited for the respective slots. Titles available include dramas Emmerdale and Coronation Street, as well as stripped factual programming 60 Minute Makeover. In addition to factual entertainment series Hell’s Kitchen USA and Trinny & Susannah Undress which air on upmarket female-skewed channel Net 5, the deal includes a format license to create a local version of entertainment series Come Dine With Me for Net 5, and taped series Property Developing Abroad for family-oriented Channel SBS 6, along with science show Brainiac: Science Abuse for young male-skewed channel Veronica.
