Cannes – Disney Channel Australia and New Zealand has acquired rights to Beyond Distribution’s children’s title New Macdonald’s Farm to air July 2008. New Macdonald’s Farm, a 45-episode series for 2-5 year old preschoolers, was produced by the team behind Bananas in Pyjamas and Johnson & Friends 2007 also saw Disney Channel Australia and New Zealand acquire Beyond Distribution’s preschool title, Numberjacks (45 x 15’) which aired on Playhouse Disney. Numberjacks was produced by Open Mind Productions for BBC and currently airs on CBeebies.
