Hong Kong – The exclusive premiere of action series Bionic Woman on STAR World on February 20, 2008 at 10pm saw the show become the highest-rated drama across all English cable channels so far this year in Singapore. The show also delivered the highest 10pm figures across all English cable channels since September, 2007. In addition, Bionic Woman tied with American Idol as the top program for the day on English cable. The back-to-back telecast of both programs gave STAR World its highest primetime ratings in six months. Bionic Woman is an NBC remake of the 1970s sci-fi series starring Lindsay Wagner and airs exclusively on STAR World on Wednesdays at 10pm.
