Beijing- In the second quarter of 2007 the number of IPTV users in China reached 763,000, up 20.3% on the first quarter, according to Analysis International, a leading advisor of technology, media and telecom industries in China. Henan, Shanghai and Heilongjiang were the most populous IPTV regions, with more than 100,000 users each. The top vendors were UTStarcom, Vcom and ZTE, with market shares of 43%, 40% and 13% respectively. Among the other players, Huawei had a 3.7% market share and Alcatel Shanghai Bell had just 0.5%.
