Beijing- Sony Pictures Television International (SPTI) has promoted Annie Yim to Executive Director of Licensing, Greater China, to lead all of SPTI’s licensing efforts in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Reporting to Ross Pollack, Senior Vice President, Distribution, Asia, and Chen Jiande, Vice President and General Manager of SPTI in China, Yim will relocate from Hong Kong to Beijing. Yim was Director, Licensing, Asia, since 2005 where she led the licensing of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s film and television productions to TV and new media outlets in Hong Kong, Taiwan, regional clients and various Asian territories. Prior to joining SPTI in 2000 as Sales Manager, Asia, she was an acquisitions and sales executive with Emphasis Ltd.
