Burbank/Sydney- Warner Bros. distribution veteran Greg Robertson has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD). Robertson will continue to supervise all of WBITD’s program licensing activities throughout more than two dozen territories in Asia and the Pacific Rim, including Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. This includes the sale of television series, theatrical motion pictures, movies for television and animation to free and pay TV operators over terrestrial, cable, satellite and IPTV platforms. He also oversees the licensing of those titles to new media clients in the areas of ad-supported video-on-demand and subscription video-on-demand. At 21 years with the company, Robertson is the longest-tenured sales executive in the division. Based in Sydney, he reports to Malcolm Dudley-Smith, Executive Vice President, International Sales & Business Development, WBITD.
