Singapore- AETN All Asia Networks (AAAN), joint venture of A&E Television Networks and ASTRO All Asia Networks, has appointed Louis Boswell as General Manager, Michele Schofield as Director of Content – Programming, Acquisitions & Production and Connie Lai as Director of Marketing. AAAN was recently formed to launch and operate branded channels and services across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and will launch The History Channel and Crime & Investigation Network in Q2 and Q3 2007. Starting from July 2007, Louis Boswell will manage all programming, marketing and financial activities for AAAN and its brands as General Manager. Overseeing affiliate distribution, advertising sales, network operations, production and digital media deployment, he will also develop strategies for The History Channel and Crime & Investigation Network, and brands to be launched. Boswell joins from ESPN STAR Sports, where he is Senior Director, Affiliate & Multimedia Sales, developing and implementing distribution strategy for traditional and digital media platforms, including mobile, DMB/DVB-H, Internet and IPTV.
