Delhi/London- Zonemedia's Zone Reality Channel in Asia is creating two locally produced shows, A Life Extraordinary and Fool Proof, as it prepares to give the channel a makeover.

Filmed in India, A Life Extraordinary will delve into paranormal happenings and inexplicable events, using interviews with the subjects or their relatives, with reconstructions and graphics to recount their stories.

Fool Proof will look at different belief systems, pitting a cynic against a believer, with input from experts, scientists and ordinary people. Shot partly in studio and partly on the road, the show will investigate and seek to explain clairvoyance, tarot readings, and psychic beliefs. Further new programme commissions for Asia will be announced shortly.

Zone Reality's Asian feed is getting new Asian-themed, on-screen channel idents and filler programming which are being filmed in India, Singapore and Thailand.

"We believe the new look and feel of the channel, as well as almost 40 half hours of original, locally created programming will be welcomed throughout the Asian region," said Zonemedia chief programming officer Chris Sharp.
