The first look images for new comedy, Dinosaur, the latest series from Two Brothers Pictures, the team behind Fleabag and the global hit thriller The Tourist, have been released. The six-part series, created by Matilda Curtis and Ashley Storrie, was filmed and set in Glasgow and will premiere on Hulu in the US on 5th April and on BBC Scotland, BBC iPlayer and BBC Three in the UK next month. BBC acquires The Traitors US
Following the runaway success of The Traitors on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, the BBC has acquired the rights to The Traitors US from All3 Media International produced by Studio Lambert for NBC Universal. The series will land as a boxset on BBC iPlayer tomorrow (January 13th 2023) and then be shown on both BBC Three and BBC One. BBC announces plans to close BBC Three as a TV Channel in 2015
The BBC announced, on March 6, plans, subject to the approval of the BBC Trust, to close BBC Three as a broadcast TV channel in autumn 2015. BBC commissions Oscar Pistorius documentary from Mentorn Media
Mentorn Media has been commissioned by BBC Three to make a fast-turnaround special on the murder of Reeva Steenkamp, allegedly shot to death by her boyfriend, Oscar Pistorius. Pistorius, who won two Gold medals and a Silver at the Paralympic Games in London in 2012, is accused of murder but has plead not guilty.
