Fuji Television Network wins ratings contest
Tokyo - According to ratings agency Video Research, Fuji Television Network won the overall ratings contest in 2009 for the sixth straight year. Fuji TV scored an average 13.5 per cent share in the golden time period (7-10 pm), a 13.4 per cent rating in primetime (7-11 pm) and an 8.6 per cent rating in the all-day category (6 am-midnight). Hong Kong - US drama and entertainment channel FOX started its roll-out in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia from 25 December 2009. Ward Platt, president of Fox International Channels Asia told Television Asia Plus that the launch of Fox would start in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia from 25 December 2009.
