ABS-CBN reports recurring income growth for 2012
Quezon City, Philippines – The consolidated net income of ABS-CBN Corporation registered P1.708 billion for 2012, down by 29% compared with P2.420 billion in 2011. Removing the effects of the gain from the sale of investments recognised in 2011 amounting to P1.032 billion, net income increased by 23%. SES increases international reach
Luxembourg – SES announced that it has further increased its reach in 2012, driven by strong gains, especially in India and Germany. SES now reaches 276 million TV homes worldwide, over 17 million homes more than in 2011. The most important growth driver of the increase in reach was India, with a year-on-year gain of 7.5 million TV homes.
