ChaiFlicks, the world’s largest streaming platform dedicated to Jewish content from around the world, continues its expansion into new formats and content offerings with the acquisition of the 2026 Telly award-winning YouTube series “And They’re Jewish with Hen Mazzig.” The deal gives ChaiFlicks exclusive SVOD rights to both seasons of the series. The announcement was made today by Neil Friedman, Co-Founder of ChaiFlicks.
Friedman comments, “Hen’s insightful and engaging conversations align perfectly with our mission to showcase diverse Jewish stories and perspectives. Through candid discussions with fascinating and accomplished guests, Hen shines an important light on questions of Jewish identity, creativity, and representation. We’re proud to bring this series to our subscribers as we continue to offer them a more robust, compelling, and thought-provoking variety of content, like ‘And They’re Jewish…’”
Hosted by Hen Mazzig – one of the most prominent Jewish voices on social media, with content reaching millions of people each month and co-founder of the Tel Aviv Institute – “And They’re Jewish” is anything but your typical Jewish history channel. The series celebrates the artists, actors, chefs, designers, musicians, and creatives that are shaping the world…and they’re Jewish. Each episode dives into the stories of remarkable Jewish talents, exploring their work, their identity, and the unexpected ways their heritage influences their craft. Over the course of two seasons, Hen has spoken with high-profile individuals such as Emmy Award®-winning actress Debra Messing, Top Chef Gail Simmons, actress and neuroscientist Mayim Bialik, CNN anchor and journalist Bianna Golodryga, millionaire matchmaker Patti Stanger, and filmmaker Jonah Feingold, among many others.
Hen Mazzig remarks, “Authentic Jewish voices deserve to be seen and heard, now more than ever. ChaiFlicks has built a home for the richness and complexity of Jewish storytelling from around the world, and it means a great deal that ‘And They’re Jewish’ will live there. I’m grateful to Neil and the team for believing in what we’ve built.”
Pam Kunick-Cohen, Head of Marketing at ChaiFlicks, and Maya Schulefand, Chief of Staff at The Tel Aviv Institute negotiated the deal.
