Something Special Brings New Spinoff Format of hit Korean series Unforgettable Duet to MIP London along with diverse slate of formats

February 20, 2026 by TVA Editor

Something Special, the Seoul-based international Format agency founded by Korean Format specialists Jin Woo Hwang (President & Executive Producer) and InSoon Kim (EVP & Head of Content) announced that their eclectic slate of Formats for MIP London, including Suspicious Guesthouse: An Unforgettable Trip – a spinoff of their hit Korean reality music series Unforgettable Duet which aired on MBN with high pay-tv ratings. Something Special’s sales team of Hayoung Rhee and Courtney Boyett will be attending MIP London with the KOCCA delegation, and their shows will be featured in a showcase on Sunday, February 22.

Suspicious Guesthouse: An Unforgettable Trip — After their remarkable performances on Unforgettable Duet *, participants living with dementia continue their journey beyond the stage—this time as guesthouse managers, welcoming their own families for a special vacation. At the heart of this extraordinary guesthouse are celebrity owners Ko Woo-ri (“The Boss”) and Park Kyung-ho (“Vice Boss”), who guide, support, and work alongside managers whose memories may be fading, but whose hearts remain full. Together, they prepare rooms, plan heartfelt surprises, cook meals, and create once-in-a-lifetime moments for the very people who have stood by them for years. Through laughter, small mishaps, emotional reunions, and unexpected breakthroughs, the series uncovers untold stories while asking a profound question: How should our society walk alongside those living with dementia? In Suspicious Guesthouse, we witness something powerful—a reminder that dementia does not mean everything is lost. It may, in fact, mark the beginning of a new and unforgettable chapter.

Along with Unforgettable Duet and Suspicious Guest House, other formats they are taking to MIP London are Iron Squad, an elite military competition program; comedy travel reality series Hit & Miss Tour; transformational reality series transformational reality series Make Me Glow; spooky reality competition Still Alive; and more.

Hwang & Kim stated, “Something Special is continually striving to bring the best and most innovative Korean formats to the global marketplace. We are especially excited to debut Suspicious Guesthouse, which is a fun, lighter spinoff of our more heartwarming successful show Unforgettable Duet. Hayoung and Courtney will be representing at MIP London to showcase our entire available catalogue, and buyers are sure to find great Formats for their territories in our diverse slate.”
