Singapore– With the completion of its move to a new office in Mediapolis, Mediacorp is opening its doors to the public with the launch of The Mediacorp Experience, the latest attraction in one-north that gives visitors a chance to experience the magic of media, take a glimpse at behind-the-scene moments and learn about the history and future of broadcasting in Singapore.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr Ernest Wong, Chairman of Mediacorp said: “Incorporating the Mediacorp Experience in our new home has been an ambitious undertaking and a great challenge. We hope that visitors of the tour can get a sense of how seriously we strive for quality and relevance in our content. For 90 minutes, visitors to the ticketed Mediacorp Experience will be immersed in an interactive journey through space and time. Along the way, they can choose to take part in a TV production, have a go at being a news presenter, a radio deejay or just glam up for the cover of 8 Days magazine.
