Singapore– The Mediacorp Campus was officially opened by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, with some 1000 guests and staff attending the opening ceremony. Mediacorp unveiled a new logo at the official opening too.
The ceremony marked Mediacorp’s nine-month migration from Andrew Road to its new home in one-north. The 800,000 square foot building was designed by Maki and Associates and DP Architects, and will house nearly all of Mediacorp’s 2,800 staff in a single location with state-of-the-art facilities. .
Shaun Seow, CEO of Mediacorp, says, “Our new logo’s rich palette also channels Singapore’s cultural smorgasbord. Even as we innovate to meet changing needs, we strive to bind our society together, like how the colours in the letter M come together holistically.”
