Los Angeles– Keshet Studios, the LA-based studio which oversees Keshet International’s (KI) development, production, packaging, promotion and sales activities in the U.S., has appointed Rob Lee to the role of President of Non-Scripted Programming. In this role, Lee will develop, grow and establish the company’s non-scripted and alternative programming slate, both through adapting KI’s original premium non-scripted formats as well as developing original projects for the US market and beyond. The announcement was made by Alon Shtruzman, CEO, Keshet International, to whom Lee will report. 

Lee has produced over 500 hours of non-scripted and scripted programming, including such hit series as Millionaire Matchmaker, Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew, Blowout and Motown Live, among many others through his Bayonne Entertainment and Elephant Walk Elephant production banners.

As a media executive, Lee served as Executive Vice President and Worldwide Head of Programming at IMG Global Media, as well as a senior consultant to such entities as Germany’s Pro Sieben Television Network, CORE Media Group, Zodiak Media and UPtv Network, among others. Prior to producing, Lee served as Senior Vice President of Film and Television at William Morris Agency, and before that, Executive Vice President and Head of Worldwide Television at TRIAD Artists. 

With the addition of Lee to Keshet Studios’ executive team, KI continues to grow its presence in the US and builds upon its non-scripted relationship with dick clark productions. Lee will continue to oversee this relationship and its ongoing projects in the KeshetDCP slate while establishing the non-scripted business for Keshet Studios going forward.  Keshet DCP has produced a number of series including Rising Star and BOOM!.
