U.S. kids producer Little Airplane Productions (The Wonder Pets!, 3rd & Bird, Small Potatoes) has appointed Stefanie Zhang as its Resident Producer in mainland China. Based in Beijing, Zhang will offer on-the-ground support to Little Airplane’s current clients and partners and work with the company to build new relationships in the Chinese market.

Born in Taiwan, Zhang has worked extensively across Taiwan, Macao and mainland China as a music video and commercials director, festival producer, international distributor and animation producer. Her appointment cements Little Airplane’s strategy of development and growth in the region and follows the announcements of the production company’s cooperation on major American/Asian productions including pre-school animations Super Wings (52 x11”) and P.King Duckling (52×11”).
