Sherman Oaks, California – ITV Studios America has entered into an exclusive producer deal with Komixx Entertainment Inc (Komixx), Orly Adelson, President of ITV Studios America, announced on April 16. Komixx is an entertainment rights owner and content production company based in the UK, which has recently expanded into the U.S. Komixx sources rights through its wide range of relationships in the creative industries including its exclusive relationship with major book publisher The Random House Group, allowing access to one of the largest and most dynamic sources of original family and young adult published material in the world.

Under the deal, all Komixx’s U.S. television development will be through ITV Studios America. This signifies another key step forward for ITV Studios America as it continues to expand its robust and diverse scripted slate.
