Hong Kong – Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) confirmed last week that three of their senior management staff are involved in a corruption investigation. It is widely believed that one of the management staff involved in the investigation is Stephen Chan, general manager of TVB. According to local reports, the three senior management were involved in an investigation conducted by the city’s Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) on Thursday related to alleged corrupt practices. TVB has said that the probe has not affected its normal operations, adding that it will assist in the ICAC investigations, said the report. TVB spokesperson was unavailable for comment at press time.
