Singapore/Hong Kong – The longstanding relationship between CBS Studios International and SPE Networks – Asia (SPENA), where its channel brand AXN has first-run rights for all three CSI franchises, has been further extended with major title acquisitions that are set to premiere in 2010 on various SPENA channels. The brand new NCIS spin-off series, NCIS: Los Angles is the next big thing coming to Asia, first and exclusively on AXN. SPE Networks – Asia has also acquired two other titles, Melrose Place and Three Rivers, for its female-skewing channel Sony Entertainment Television (SET). Melrose Place is the refreshed version of the 1992 drama series of the same title, while Three Rivers is a medical procedural series starring Asian hunk, Daniel Henney (X-Men Origins: Wolverine).
