South Korea – The number of subscribers to real-time IPTV has topped the 1.5 million mark a year after the service was launched, according to the Korea Communications Commission, as reported by YonhapNewsAgency. According to the telecom regulator, the country’s three IPTV service providers – KT, SK Broadband and LG Dacom – have achieved the landmark a year after the IPTV officially launched in December last year.
