Endemol International has unveiled new programmes from the US and UK which will be available to international broadcasters for the first time at MIPTV 2009. Amongst this year’s highlights are Wreckreation Nation, which sees US comic David Mordel travel the States in search of bizarre hometown traditions and peculiar pastimes. In docu-drama series, Personal Justice (8 x 60 mins), ordinary people reveal the truth behind violent crimes committed against loved ones. New series from Endemol UK include Extreme Male Beauty, a four part factual entertainment show, which follows one man each week as he is transformed into a good-looker. New series, Rehab charts the journeys of seven addicts as they prepare to combat their destructive lifestyles at the established rehabilitation clinic Passages in Malibu, California.
