Singapore – Lim Yew Nee has joined CNBC Asia Pacific as director advertising sales and operations, South East Asia. Reporting to Toby Hayward, senior vice president, advertising sales, CNBC Asia Pacific, Lim is based in Singapore to oversee CNBC’s advertising sales in South East Asia and sales solutions and operations for Asia Pacific. He is also developing strategies to provide customized integrated solution for different marketing requirements including programme sponsorships, on ground events, as well as online and mobile platforms to complement on-air campaigns. Lim Yew Nee was previously managing director of Mediaedge:cia, Singapore where he built the company’s relationships with regional clients and was responsible for the company’s position in the country. Prior to MEC, Lim was SVP, advertising sales operations at MTV Networks where he managed client services, marketing, creative content production, sales planning, finance and programming for the regional network.
