RCTV International closed MIPTV deals for shows including My Cousin Ciela (Mi Prima Ciela) to broadcasters in Greece, Costa Rica and various African territories, and Passionate Revenge (La Trepadora) to a Romanian channel; as well as formats sales to more than eleven countries. Following MIPTV, RCTV International is offering its catalogue at LA Screenings to be held May 15-23, 2008 at the Intercontinental Hotel at Century City, Los Angeles, California. Titles will include The Lady (Toda una Dama), My Cousin Ciela, and Passionate Revenge. For LA Screenings, The Lady is expected to be popular with European and Latin American buyers following the show’s performance in Ecuador where it was the most watched slot on the program grid. My Cousin Ciela helped boost channel shares in Ecuador, Macedonia and Venezuela, while Passionate Revenge occupied a primetime slot in Venezuela.
