Paris – GlobeCast will demonstrate its latest range of products and service offerings in media management, multi-platform solutions, HD, IPTV, and mobile TV at NABSHOW 2008, to be held March 14-17, 2008 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. GlobeCast has added media management services to its offerings including full playout, disaster recovery and program substitution. Operating from technical operations centers in London and Florida, GlobeCast’s media management services have already been signed up by UK’s Arsenal TV and US’ Ion Media Networks. GlobeCast will also be showcasing its DVB-H mobile TV services of which the company operates a 3G head-end and delivers more than 100 live channels to Orange in Europe; as well as delivers, encodes and monitors 30 channels for MobiTV in the US. For IPTV, GlobeCast will be providing a live demonstration of its technology and services at the exhibition. Also to be demonstrated is HDTV technology, in which GlobeCast offers permanent and ad-hoc services worldwide. In addition, the company is offering new HD-ready fiber capacity in the US for broadcast of news or sports events in the country and worldwide.
