Singapore – Preventive monitoring company Pixelmetrix received the Engineering Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) for its DVStation Transport Stream Analysis products. The award was presented Jan 8 at the 59th Annual Technology Hotel, Las Vegas. The award defines the automated compliance testing to the multi-channel transport stream standards as defined by the DVB and ATSC. The DVStations are deployed to monitor MPEG transport streams and measure parameters against standardized conformance specifications. They are used in broadcast television networks, cable and satellite program providers, satellite teleports, mobile truck uplinks, digital TV stations and various other satellite facilities throughout the world. Networks, distribution channels and terrestrial DTV stations use Pixelmetrix technology to assess the quality and integrity of their broadcast content.
