Los Angeles – Christopher Ottinger has joined Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc.’s (MGM) Worldwide Television Group as Executive Vice President, International Television Distribution. Based at MGM’s headquarters in Los Angeles, Ottinger reports to MGM Worldwide TV Co-President Gary Marenzi and works with him on overall international TV sales planning as well as acquisitions and programming initiatives. Ottinger will also have direct oversight of MGM’s pay TV licensing and business development activities outside of the US and Canada. Ottinger was formerly Executive Vice President for Fox World and Fox Television Studios International where he oversaw the production of over 30 format productions yearly including Joe Millionaire and Beauty and the Geek.
