Sydney- Panavision Australia Managing Director Martin Cayzer has been appointed Chairman of Ausfilm for a two-year term. A Government-industry partnership, Ausfilm markets Australia’s incentives, locations and capabilities in production and Post/Digital/VFX (PDV) to attract international content to shoot and conduct PDV in Australia. Cayzer is also responsible for Panavision’s SE Asia operations through distributors in Japan, Hong Kong, China and India. He was Co-Deputy Chair of Ausfilm as well as Chair of the Ausfilm Policy Committee. As Chairman he replaces Holding Redlich’s Ian Robertson, who held the position since 2003.
