New York– 4Kids Entertainment, Inc. has appointed Jennifer Askin as Manager, International Broadcast and Digital Sales, to oversee the marketing of the company’s program catalogue for new media platforms worldwide. Reporting to Executive Vice President, International, Brian Lacey, she is also responsible for securing traditional media sales for television in all countries in Central Asia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Poland, the Ukraine, Belarus, South Africa and Africa. In addition, Askin will assist in developing and executing international television market activities for MIPTV, MIPCOM, NATPE, LA Screenings and DISCOP. Previously Askin worked for nearly eight years in network and cable news production as well as news coverage for ABC News London, NBC News for the West Coast and in New York, including MSNBC.
