Tokyo- Tomoya Aoki has joined Jupiter Telecommunications as Chief Financial Officer and reports to Chief Executive Officer Tomoyuki Moriizumi. Aoki was with investment management firm Capital International, where he led its entry into the Japanese private equity business.
