New York- VOOM HD Networks has appointed David Alworth as Vice President of Operations and Program administration to oversee operational and business affairs related activities for VOOM HD Networks’ 15 HD channels, VOOM’s global channel and content sales operations. In addition, he is responsible for production negotiation and management, content delivery, rights management and administration. He reports to Glenn Oakley, Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Business Development for VOOM HD Networks. Alworth was formerly Vice President of Operations at Rainbow Sports Networks.
