Sydney- BBC Worldwide Australasia has licensed New Europe with Michael Palin, the new 6 x 50′ series from the intrepid adventurer as he explores 20 countries in Central and Easter Europe, to Television New Zealand, together with a new adaptation of Jane Austen’s Persuasion (1 x 95′) and the second series of drama Torchwood (13 x 50′) and Primeval (7 x 50′).
