California/Switzerland – Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Networks and Dori Media Group (DMG) have entered into an agreement for SPT Networks to acquire 50% of Televiva, DMG’s telenovela channel in Indonesia. Thailand - Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Asia has announced an exclusive licensing agreement with AppleTool Co. Singapore – Da Vinci Learning channel has announced several carriage deals across Asia, giving viewers in Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar access to the educational channel.
